XXX Martini
Contains a shot of black squid ink.
Ingredients
- Dash of squid ink
- 1/2 teaspoon water
- Ice
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons vodka
- 3 cocktail olives, plus 1 teaspoon brine from jar
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, stir in the squid ink with the water. Add ice, vodka, olive brine and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with olives.
